Terms of Use

The service

Track Juice provides editable food, calorie, macro, micronutrient, weight, and progress estimates for general wellness. Results can be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed before you rely on them.

Not medical advice

Track Juice is not a medical device and does not diagnose, prevent, or treat any condition. Do not use estimates for emergency care, medication dosing, allergy safety, or other medical decisions. Consult a qualified professional when accuracy is medically important.

Your account

You are responsible for access to your email sign-in link and activity under your account. Provide accurate information, use the service lawfully, and do not attempt to access another person’s data or disrupt the service.

Subscription access

Using Track Juice requires an account and an active monthly auto-renewable subscription. The U.S. price is $4.99 per month; the App Store shows your local price before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. The subscription renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel it in App Store settings and restore an eligible purchase in the app. No free trial is included.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant Track Juice and its service providers permission to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service, subject to the Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

The service may change or occasionally be unavailable. We may correct estimates, add or remove features, or suspend abusive access. We will not knowingly represent an unverified estimate or queued sync as confirmed.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee that estimates are exact or uninterrupted. Track Juice is not responsible for decisions made from unreviewed nutrition estimates. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Apple terms

For iOS use, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple handles subscription billing but is not responsible for Track Juice support, maintenance, or nutrition estimates.
